LuLu's Deli — Local services in Perth

I had a very disappointing experience a couple of weeks ago. The owner, John, responded aggressively over the phone —shouting and swearing—when I expressed concern about being misled by the pricing.

I purchased a product labeled as $9.50 on the shelf. The cashier immediately put the eftpos reader underneath my phone, not explaining the price at all and deducted $15.50 for the product! There was no label indicating this price; it was not clearly marked anywhere. I informed the cashier that, under Australian Consumer Law, I was entitled to a refund because I was misled by the pricing.

The cashier contacted the owner John by phone, and he responded in a hostile manner, shouting and claiming that I would not find this price elsewhere and swearing and blaming his employees for the situation.

only very recently opened, and it seems to be open for business really early in the morning, and closes late at night. its a small convenience store, but its got the "standard items" you may need if you're in this area, and can't be bothered going to the bigger supermarket chain that's just 5...
