Chaffic Northbridge — Restaurant in Perth

Been a regular customer here (whenever I’m around this area) and Claremont branch! Seriously the staffs at this Northbridge branch have a very bad attitude towards customers, not only to me but I’ve seen to other customer too!

Today is Easter Sunday public holiday and I understand the surcharge situation! But at least do the maths correctly, drink total was $7.60 plus 10% surcharge was $8.36, the lady rounded up to $8.40? I mean anywhere I go, for $8.36 and $8.37 I would pay rounded to $8.35, and only for $8.38 or $8.39 I would be charged rounded up to $8.40! The lady’s excuse was the computer system does it automatically! So you think charge 5cent here and there to anyone is ethical??? Although it’s not much but everything adds up!!! Pathetic! Today will be the last time for me to buy a drink from here!

Drinking bubble tea hearing the owner scolding the employees. Weird atmosphere for customer to chill. Edit to reply the owner: we went to bubble tea to chillax and with an intention to have twenty minutes of our day to chitchat with our friends, distress and all that. Having you there yelling, screaming, throwing tantrum on your employees just not the sort of atmosphere we are after and expected. And it indeed not a good image for your brand.
