I've tried this place recently on the lunch set offer and they're quite good value since they come with 1 main protein dish, rice, side dish and meat soup. I tried their stir-fried pork belly with chilli and they're quite authentic Hunan-style dish though I would prefer a bit more spiciness from the Hunan dish. The place is reasonably decorated and service is quite good. The other things that impressed me are 1) they accept EFTPOS payment which is rare for Chinese restaurant in Haymarket area and 2) they serve a free pot of Chinese tea for customer's drink and it is good quality tea unlike the cheap variety you usually have in other Chinese joints. Braised pork could’ve had smaller pieces to ensure every piece was consistent and tender, but there some that were a bit tough.
