If you’re going to start (or end) a cruise, Sydney International Cruise Terminal is the place to do it! Where else can you board a ship with the Opera House on one side, the Harbour Bridge on the other, and the excitement of adventure in the air?

Our family set sail from here, and from the moment we arrived, the energy was electric! The views are so ridiculously stunning that even my step-kids took a break from their screens to soak it all in. A miracle!

Everything ran smoothly—friendly staff, easy check-in, and before we knew it, we were on board, waving at Sydney like the royalty of the high seas. And let’s talk about sail-away… Watching the Opera House and skyline disappear as you float away is an experience you don’t forget. 10/10, would cruise out of here again!

If you’re leaving from Sydney, do yourself a favor—get to the terminal early, take in the views, snap a thousand photos, and embrace the magic of setting sail from one of the best cruise ports...

A Very Badly managed terminal with much Chaos! Do Not recommend Driving and Be Extra careful if you are picking up or Dropping off especially on a Sunday when their Sunday The Rocks Market is ON! It was terrible experience that there is No proper direction or DETOUR route available with blockage of George Street and lane closure Due to The Rocks Market! Security people very poorly trained and improperly directing the way to go in as well. A Huge confusion for non local people to enter for picking up the disabled family back from Holiday trip! Took 1 hour or more to finally get through to the right direction which should have taken only 8 mins most! Surprised real experience that Sydney central is that poorly managed though it’s overtly expensive with Toll and...

During my recent cruise travel, I visited the Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal. The terminal's location is undoubtedly convenient, offering easy access to iconic landmarks and public transportation options in Sydney. The experience, however, was a mixed bag. While some of the staff were friendly and accommodating, I did encounter instances where certain staff members were not as helpful, especially considering I was traveling with kids. This inconsistency in service left me with a somewhat neutral impression of the terminal. While the overall experience served its purpose for my cruise, there's room for improvement in terms of staff training and ensuring a consistently positive experience for all travelers, regardless of their...
