We arrived at 6 o’clock, anticipating a pleasant boat ride scheduled for 7. Instead, we were subjected to an hour-long wait in the pouring rain, only to be informed that our boat had already departed. This experience was beyond frustrating. Not only were we left soaking wet with no shelter provided, but the lack of communication and basic customer care was appalling.
