Isola Gelato — Restaurant in New Providence

I visited here with my family in early September. We were looking for a place to cool down with ice cream and we came by this place. Like another review noted, there were no prices anywhere. The service was fine - they messed up my order and may have overcharged me for what I wanted, but since there weren't any prices anywhere I don't actually know (there is a chance I was undercharged, but I suspect they would have collected that from me if that was the case).

We got a Goombay soda which was $4.09, two small gelatos which were $8.18 each and while I ordered a smoothie I was charged for a milkshake which was $13.64. Everything was fine, nothing special in my opinion, but I'd be mindful of the prices...

I’m giving the best review so far but concur with everyone else who’s reviewed. It was over $7 for ONE SMALL scoop, no cone, in a cup. The guava and soursop, which are harder to find flavors, were good. No prices displayed anywhere though. We were rushed for time and tired so we caved in knowing the potential danger, but if you’re in Nassau and with more time and internet, you can probably find spots with these flavors at a better price and even...

I've traveled all over Europe and have had some of the best Gelato in the world, I've even had better at the Mall of America. This is average at best, lacking flavor and a smooth mouth feel. Buyer be ware! There are NO PRICES posted anywhere. I was surprised when we paid $26 for 2 small portions. Do yourself a favor, head to Ben & Jerry's of board your cruise ship...
