Where do I start? The London… By far the best food we had on the Island and that is not an over exaggerated statement. We went on a Thursday night when everything on Bay Street was closed and you could hear a cricket, not a tourist in site. But were adventurous and wanted to hit a locals spot with some good eats so we walked from Margaritaville (7 min walk) and got it going. Off Jump Judah our server set us up and started talking to us about the food, culture and the island. We ordered the Lamb, the Fish Tacos, Jerked Shrimp and Fish and Chips. Lamb was SUPERB! Most delicious preparation of Lamb I ever had. The Fish was Grouper for both fish tacos and Fish/Chips, DELICIOUS! Bang Bang sauce on the Shrimp, to die for. Kids had wings and fries with Guava BBQ sauce which they loved!!! (Thank God, Lol) For Drinks we had a few White Ladies from Noho and Johnny Blaze’s and we got lit. We stayed until after closing and started dancing and indulging in the culture. Once we were set to go, they called us a cab and we got on our way safely. JUDAH!!! Thank you bro, for an absolutely amazing experience and hats off to the bartender and manager for those fire drinks and teaching us how to dance to your music!!! An...

Our server was fun, engaging, and very attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Started off with a Cloudy Citrus Mocktail, a refreshing mix of orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon, and syrup—light, fruity, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. For appetizers, we had Native Conch Fritters with calypso rum dip and Spiced Chicken Wings with guava hot sauce. The fritters were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, while the wings packed a nice heat with a hint of sweetness. For the main course, I went with the Jerked Rack of Lamb with mint pimento jerk sauce, paired with hand-cut fries as recommended by our server. It did not disappoint—the lamb was tender, well-seasoned, and had the perfect amount of spice. My friend tried the Blackened Salmon, which had a beautiful sear and deep, smoky flavors. Overall, a good dining experience with delicious food, great service, and a lively ambiance. Definitely a spot...
Read moreI am so happy we decided to leave our ship when it docked in Nassau! We went ashore to get lunch and decided on The London…what a fantastic place! This restaurant ended up having the best food we’ve gotten in the Bahamas thus far. They have high-quality seafood, a lot of unique Caribbean dishes, and a great atmosphere inside. Prices are pretty high, but everywhere in the Bahamas is expensive, so just prepare for that regardless where you go. They have excellent mocktails here (we got the Cloudy Citrus and Ginger Mule, and I would imagine alcoholic drinks would be great here as well), and you NEED to try their jerked shrimp kebabs and cracked conch burger. Those were our two favorite dishes - the shrimp one was some of the best shrimp we’ve ever had! When you visit The London, be sure to try some Bahamian specialties, and don’t be afraid to ask the waiters/waitresses what they recommend. They’ll steer you in the right direction. All in all, a fantastic place, in a good enough area (we felt safe walking here by ourselves at lunchtime) and absolutely one you need to check out next time...
