Foot Locker is an international brand were if you don't find your number, they are known to help you finding it in another shop of FL. Today I went with my friend to buy a pair of Buffalo shoes. I had the bad luck to be "assisted" by a shopping assistant who has been extremely rude to me and my friend with no reason. He is a tall, dark haired, with a bowl hair cut and from the accent foreign as me, name starting with A. I politely asked if the 39 (I have 38/39 depending from the brand as for Puma for example with whom I have been collaborating as a blogger), and he answered cut short that they only had 38, so I asked if I could try them hoping they will fit me and he said laughing "they are too small". I asking him that I wanted to try them in any case, and really with a lot of lazy mood, he asked his coworker to get them. We were sitting without our coats on and all the other bags from the previous shop around us. He passed me one after more than five minutes than the shoes arrived and I asked him if I could have also the other one as they are platform shoes and I couldn't try them correctly because of the gap of the platform. He said no that I could run away with the shoes, at this point I was starting to be annoyed by his way of treating me and I answered that was such a rude thing to say as I never stole neither a napkin in my life and I had my shoes there, my shopping bags, my coat, my friend so why on Earth would I run away with 50 euros of shoes. Had to give him back one shoes to try the other one, not fitting, so I asked him if he could gently tell me where I could find my number in the other shops (they can scan the code at the computer and they know where they still have it), he answered laughing "far away", I answered him that I didn't care because we have a car and I just really wanted to know in which other Foot Locker I could buy them, and he keeps on laughing on my face and say "they have it too far away". At this point I answer that it's none of his business if I decide to make 100 km for a pair of shoes and he called me rude. I asked for his manager, and he answered me "finally". I spoke briefly to Noemi, the manager about what I was searching and resuming the behavior of her worker which in the meanwhile vanished in the back of the shop after a killing look of his superior while I was telling her how rude he has been the entire time, and she was really lovely, by giving me the information I needed. I have been a client of Foot Locker since I was 10 years old, since I was still living in Milan and it's the first time in my life that a seller behaved like that. I always smile and ask please and say thank you because I respect everybody but this guy makes feel the clients really uncomfortable. Especially since he starts pointing at you laughing in his language with his other coworker who smartly walked away from his gossiping. As a Google Local Guide, with over 400,000 views and as one of the reviewer in the top 1% here, I always try to be the more sincere I can about businesses because as a blogger, it's my job to help people in having good experiences and it's rare for me to give less than 3 starts, but today, I really felt treated how a client, coming to spend money, and asking you please and saying thank you, should never be treated. Hopefully the people in charge will take note of this and correct his way of interacting...

We've paid...and i am sure thay were laughing...Beside that we even didn't hear words like Hallo,Thank you,Please,Have a nice day and etc.... The shop where i will never come back anymore and i don't recomend to nobody... Manager of the store should pay attention who he...

Good shoes like everywhere else but super poor staff...
