They stole my phone here n the cabin. I highly suspect it was an employee. Because I forgot my phone in the changing cabin and I came back in 2 minutes. Between each client, employees checking the cabin. So I believe an employee that checked the cabin I left, put it in her pocket and noone ever seen my phone again. I came back 5 times to check the cameras, nobody did. I asked a couple of different shop managers. They said they'll go check but a short couple of minutes later the answer was always the same. ''We couldn't find you, it's hard to track, there's no cameras in the cabin anyway.'' As if they were aware of what was going on and they didn't want to give their employees away. And the funniest part is, the employee who was checking the cabins when I lost my phone, I saw that guy in the shop again, a couple weeks later then I lost my phone. I asked him if someone heard of my phone. He told me that just a couple of days later than I lost my phone, another girl also lost her iphone in the same cabinet while he was working there :D Such a coincidence. And he was telling me ''Yeah nobody cares, police never checks our cameras, our managers don't have time to do that either. Sorry you lost it.'' :D You can understand where the confidence is coming from. Never going back...
   Read moreBought a gift card, asked explicitly if this can be used in the Netherlands. The lady answered me that the gift card could be used through entire Europe.
After arriving home noticed that this gift card couldnât be used in NL. Contacted customer service and they would take care of it. In the mean time they were asking for all evidence in which the last employee told me that purchased gift card in an another country couldnât be processed.
Super frustrating, firstly your colleague from uniqlo Antwerpen misinformed me, now I am left with a gift card that I couldnât give as a birthday gift. On top of that I am chasing to get the money returned but I still got no return âŠ.
Edit: ended up in going all the way to Uniqlo Antwerp again (from Nl), cause the customer service couldnât help (after 5 different staff have sent me an email).
Told the store about what happened. The only thing they could say: âwe are sorryâ
I am sorry that I had to take a total of 4h drive to your store (and back), paid for parking and waited till u are able to do the refund after âall the scanningâ

   Read moreThe rudest ever person I've ever met in a a retails shop calling herslf the manager (Shelly her name) when i was taking to her she was laud and i said that's not a good customer service and she laudly replied to me (I dont care I'm the manager) and she refused to return an unused T-Shirt that i bought the day before because the Tag looks for her that it has been removed which is not but thats how i bought it .... Someone from this management if they care need to get in touch with me...
I spoke to the headquarters and emailed them but I have never seen such bad customer service as well in a place that is called a brand name, that disrespect thier customers and they are proud of...
