Needed a VGA- USB or HDMI converter/cable. According to the website they should sell this. When I called, lovely lady at cashier confirmed they had this item in store (I called ahead, cause in Mediamarkt this same item was apparently online order only and I needed it urgently for telework) Sent my brother to go pick it up, in store he couldnât immediately find it so he asks the associate in charge of that department/genre. He claims they have no such thing. My brother doublebacks and says we called ahead of time. The employee claims they have no such thing and heâs been habdling the electronics for years etc. My brother calls me outside saying itâs anpther wasted trip. I claim this is laziness on employeeâs part cause he wouldnât even use their computer databank to check. So I call again and luckily get the same lady who is as astonished as I am that this occurred. She decides to look for it herself and confirm it is actually in store. She finds it in less than 3 minutes, gives me the barcode so i can doublecheck on webcatalogue it is the correct item. FNAC kept my phone for one month and one day while I had been told 2 weeks max, without informinEmmerechts Mathiasg me of the delay and without proposing any replacement phone (nowadays, it is not easy to live without a smartphone for one month). Not only they did not do anything on the phone (still have the same issues), but they removed my screen protector. And they do not respond to my email. Positive note to end: some members of the personnel in the shop itself are nice and understanding.
