I ordered a Luikse waffle and the cashier rang me up for a Brussels waffle. When I told them that is not what I ordered, she told me I said Brussels waffle and even dared to ask me if I have a mental problem. Another girl came from the back and told me the same thing. I asked her whether she was there to hear our conversation and she said no, but that she trusts her employee. It is very rude to not listen to the other part of the story from the get go. They did not change my waffle, nor gave me a refund and made me feel extremely bad about the whole thing so I left without anything and with 5€ paid. I kept on asking what can be done to fix the situation, but they were only focused on blaming me wrongfully. Anyone that does not have any customer service training, nor conflict resolution skills shouldn't work in this industry. I am definetly dissapointed in their behavior as I understand that mistakes can happen, but their approach was totally inappropriate. Read moreVery very expensive. After the first line to the cashier, I asked a cup with 2 flavours (they display that the cost of a cup with 2 flavours is 4 euros) for my son. I gave to the waiter 10 euros and he gave me 2 euros change. So I asked why only two euros change, I repeated to him the order, he took the receipt, corrected it and gave me it back with 2 euros. So that there were still 2 euros left, but he seemed to not understand. I gave it up. After the other line to the ice cream, the same waiter gave us 1 cup with only 1 flavour (they state that the cost for 1 flavour is 2 euros) and he seemed to not understand our request of 1 cup with 2 flavours. And I gave it up. But the end is that this is the second time in a year that this happens to us in this shop because we speak English and they think that we are tourists or it happens for other misteriuos reasons...
