Really appreciated the modern decor and take on the chocolates. I further loved seeing the melted drinking chocolate and would love to try that someday.

Improvements: -I found it awkward that upon paying I was prompted for a Tip while the employee stands staring at me. I only tip for service when I'm sitting down and served - not when I'm doing a take out order and the person's job is to hand me the product. I think that prompt would be good to be skipped by the employee. Awkward moment as the employee watches me press 'skip'. -The chocolates dont really say what's in them, only displaying their name. It would be good to have a 1 liner blurb under their name to market these great products they are using. I asked the employee if he had a menu and he said yes "it'll be in the box". I obviously meant a menu to see in the present what chocolates I could choose from. Instead I blindly picked chocolates, asking questions and getting short answers. Felt a little rushed in this process.

Overall, nice spot! Willing to try it...

My girlfriends and I were out for the Canada Day celebrations and came across Cochu chocolatiers handing out samples. It was very busy outside so we walked into the store and did some browsing. I love the window where you can see them working on chocolate creations. The counter person was very friendly and was able to answer our questions. We tried some chocolate shots (yes, a shotful of liquid gold). It was delicious but maybe a little too much for me. I would love to see the same idea with a charcuterie board of different items (sponge toffee, fruit, etc) to dip into the chocolate cup. We were given small pieces of sponge toffee to dip but I would have loved more. Fabulous idea...just expand a bit more and it could be a great go to for a...

This chocolate shop is a hidden gem! Their Caramelized Sponge Toffee is absolutely divine, one of the finest toffee I've ever tasted. The honeycomb interior has the perfect airy, delicate texture, while the chocolate coating is masterfully tempered, snapping cleanly but melting smoothly on your tongue. I was also fortunate enough to sample their artisanal chocolates, which showcased the same attention to detail and quality. This place is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine chocolate. I'm already planning my return visit to explore more of...

Upon entering the store, I sensed a feeling of haste despite being the only people present. This sense of rush unfortunately impacted our ability to thoroughly peruse the menu, which included unfamiliar terminology regarding their chocolate offerings. As a result, we purchased three chocolate items for a total of $40. Upon sampling, we discovered one of the selections contained a significant amount of spice from bell and chili peppers, while the other was simply a coffee-flavored bar.
