I placed a mobile order for a bowl and a quencher. The bowl was good like always but not the quencher and staff. As soon as I entered the store I asked to the sandwich station lady for light ice because there was no option to add a note in Tim Hortons application but the lady was pretending to be super busy even though there was only 5 customers in the store. the other guy already made a quencher so I was like okay Its fine I will take that but i looked at the quencher and it was literally 70% ice . Dude I am paying for this shit do not act like you are doing any kind of charity. So again I asked the sandwich station lady to remove some ice only because she was the nearest person working and she didn’t even listen to me properly and said I am making sandwiches please tell somebody else. I have worked at food stores too but we never used to do it . In fact my manager would have killed me if I acted rude like this. Eventually, i had to ask for manager on duty because it was the only option for me as nobody was paying attention to me (customer). They helped me but said next time whenever you place an order add a note. I was like bro take a look at your application first there is no option to add a note. I had no problem with regular ice but It was too much so i was like no way I am being gentle to these guys . I am requesting the owner or manager to hire...

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this particular Tim Hortons location was disappointing enough to warrant attention. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by several employees was immediately noticeable, from inattentive service to a lack of basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The coffee was poorly made, lacking the consistency and quality that Tim Hortons is known for, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is disappointing. It’s evident that this location is suffering from a lack of proper management and oversight. The disregard for both customers and the Tim Hortons brand is troubling, and I strongly encourage corporate headquarters to conduct a thorough internal review of this franchise. A little care, attention, and accountability could go a long way toward restoring standards here. Until then, I would recommend visiting any of the other nearby Tim Hortons locations in the East Village area, where you’re much more likely to receive the service and quality that customers expect from this iconic...
Read moreHere's the thing. Time after time this Tim's seems understaffed. It's not bad service because in my experience that's been fine, but I've often seen a long line when there's only two or three employees behind the counter when there should be double that.
It would be easy to comment on the overall brand and their shortcomings the last few months and years. But aside from that, my comments are around two areas:
1, the donuts and pastries are always out of stock. More than a couple times I've come in just for a vanilla dip donut, and have to go home empty handed.
2, this location attracts a certain crowd that is less than ideal for a brand image. I've been panhandled within the store and outside the doors many times, there's been people sleeping in chairs before, and one on occasion a woman was sat in the middle of the floor shouting nonsense and nobody was trying to remedy the situation. I don't mean to say that I don't want homeless or less fortunate in the area at all, but there could be some support by the Tim Hortons to at least control...
