This is one of the best libraries that I have seen in the country. In my mind, I consider it the best, but I don't wanna sound biased. It comes loaded with great books, beautiful infrastructure, architectural marvel, kids zone, and an all-around community service. It redefines what a library should be, more than just about books and catalogs, but full aid to the community and underprivileged in the society. Your library card comes preloaded with free ability to print up to 50 pages in B&W or 25 in Coloured prints, unnecessary charges that accumulates are not levied on you for being late to return books or forgetting to, instead the price of the book is just charged and it is replaced. Free daily access to computers, conference rooms, games, dailies, magazines, you name it. Some access is available to ancestry and family trace in their computers. The building is beautiful, and it is very unfortunate that while walking up to the building it is crowded with drugs. While walking into the building we witnessed people shooting up on the steps, and then walking out we smelled the reek of hash. My husband went to tie his shoelace and he almost vomited with the overwhelming smell of urine. After spending all that tax-payer money that is what it is used for? I will not be returning, nor will I be bringing any of my out-of-town guests to tour this location.

Amazing employees and so much books. When you're inside that library you feel like you're in a different world it's all fancy inside which I like and the design is gold. Shout out to all the people who helped create this library. I was carrying a baby and I was with my 7 yrs old and there was this lady she was an employee she helped me scan my books that was very helpful I'm so grateful!!
