Freshly Squeezed — Restaurant in Hamilton

I came here on a weekday night around 5 pm and asked for one of their fresh press juices (medium size). They told me that they could NOT do it because

They havent used their juicer all day “They didnt want to make me one small order to clean it at the end of the night” It was close to closing (it was 5 pm and the mall closes at 9?!)

I worked retail for about 10 years before I started my career and honestly I was shocked by the brutal honestly they gave me by saying they didnt want to clean the machine therefore i was not gunna get my order. I even asked to them to repeat themselves because it didnt make anysense. Anyways I just wont support this franchise...

Literally went here a week ago and got this size but now all of a sudden, they do a smaller size in this and still charge the same price. Absolutely rip off id say, smaller size and you gotta pay the same price. Apparently it changed rules in a week….false advertising that’s for sure(the sign has the large cup on it so that’s how it should be) (don’t get me wrong it’s absolutely delicious but not cool that you guys did that) Might as well take down the main photos off and put the real size…..since now you get it in a smaller size all...

I work in the mall, and while i dont always go here for a drink while im working, the owner always seems super happy to be there. He seems to have a genuine love for the business he partakes in, and he has a very contagious smile on his face all the time. The frozen yogurt is good, though ive only had it once, and the bubble tea is average when it comes to the standard of bubble tea places on the escarpment. But i mostly go there because the guy behind the counter is so proud of his work, and spreads...
