Walker's Chocolates — Local services in Hamilton

Have gone to Walker’s Chocolates many times now. Though the parking facilities in Westdale are somewhat limited, this isn’t really a factor, because of the quality chocolate one can purchase here. We had a person in our building, who had quilted a small blanket for our dog, so to reciprocate the favour, I ordered on Walker’s Online method, paid online and was notified when order was ready to be picked up. Very easy to navigate through the process, ordered a pound of mixed chocolates and picked up without any problems. Excellent tasting chocolate, and Walkers is well known for an excellent reputation. Many other items for sale and gift ideas too. Highly recommend this Chocolate Store for your quality...

Every time I'm in Hamilton (or have a friend visiting Westdale Village), I request a box of Walker's Chocolates mint meltaways. High quality hard chocolate coating over a velvety cube of truffle-like minty chocolate. Soooooo tasty. I've never tasted anything quite like it! (And I live in San Francisco, in the heart of foodie heaven!)

They might not be to your taste, of course, so perhaps try something else. They often have mystery bags of seconds on the back counter, a quarter or half pound for a very reasonable price.

But man. Those mint meltaways. Would you pick me up a box while...

I had a somewhat negative experience here last time but was open to trying again as I have had many more positive experiences before that. I’m glad I did because I got a taste of the walkers I have known and loved since I was a kid!! Creamy milk chocolate around a giant center that you don’t have to wonder if that’s coconut you’re tasting (it’s definitely coconut!)...
