only my second time here after 10 years! not a good decision. lol- NO MORE THIRD TIME I SWEAR.

the servers are definitely nice. the food is okay, but i wish i went with my friends to SPRING GRILL instead 😭😭😭 I think Spring grill charges $40.99 for all you can eat versus Saigon’s $41.99 (not very sure) but even if i have to pay more at Spring Grill, I will pick Spring Grill.

First, we ordered our appetizers, soup, side dishes etc.. expecting they will arrive first right? Guess what… we all got our plain rice first. haha- and waited about almost 10 minutes maybe and we got our side dishes, then minutes later our meat and veggies and just random other appetizers coming we got ONE soup. lol—- we ordered 5 soupS FOR 5 PEOPLE—- almost in the middle of our meal that’s great!

IT WAS REALLY BAD- and of course, bill out time- POS machine failed got declined twice- but card was charged- and just entire mess-

I’m just not gonna come back here just comparing it with Spring Grill and other All You can Eat bbq and grill I have tried- this is the worst so far- I will never recommend this to my friends or anyone I know, unfortunately.

but to be fair, their kimchi,mango salad and the kimchi fried rice are good-

no parking- im not sure if they have it in the back? but we had to park across the Hamilton Fire Station, there’s a pay parking (John St and King William St) $3.5 from 5PM to 6Am it’s just about...

I want to preface this by saying their food is tasty and my problem is more with honesty and customer service. I am a frequent customer for both dine in and takeout, I have gotten many things on the menu which are great and with my meal I always get the kimchi to go in the sealed cup, I’ve probably gotten it a total of 10times now. It has always come as a full sealed cup and looked more fresh. My last visit it was almost half empty and the staff persisted to tell me it always came that way which is not truthful. I asked for a fresh cup of kimchi as this one looked like it’s been sitting there for days , they said it’s fresh and continued to gaslight me. Nothing as a customer I said mattered they simply dismissed me, manager included. This is terrible customer service and they should really re-evaluate their client care as well, not lie to customers about portions of the price of item stayed the same. Customers is what makes your whole business and if you lie they will not come back, eberyone works hard and spends their hard earned money, items you serve should have consistency and if your portion size changed you should be honest with that. Very very disappointed as this used to be a favourite...

Me and my husband have been regular customers and we order food from here through DoorDash all the time just simply because they make the best Vietnamese food we have ever had and the amount of food they serve is always very generous. Last evening we were going to order dinner from Saigon again from DoorDash but DoorDash was down during the delivery process of our order so we had to wait for a very long time without knowing what's going on because we could not see anything on the App so we called the restaurant to find out what is going on and the owner lady was SUPER nice, friendly and helpful, giving us a good deal so my husband drove to the restaurant in person and that was our first time talking to the restaurant owner ever on the phone and in person even though we get food from them all the time on the App. We were very impressed and thankful for the service she offered last night. We will definitely continue to be regular to the restaurant because not only the food is amazing but also the people are the nicest!! We will probably order food from them soon again sometime this week or next week lol.
