The Fresh Market Restaurants in my neighborhood has earned a place among my favorite brunch spots due to its exceptional gastronomic offerings and well-designed cuisine station layout. Our preferred brunch option is a freshly cooked omelette served with rosti. Generally, we prepare our own toasts while our omelette is being prepared. This restaurant's standout attribute is its diverse and meticulously organized offerings, featuring discrete sections for pizza, smoothies, coffee, and other options, thus providing a convenient, one-stop destination for satiating a broad spectrum of gastronomic cravings. The restaurant's layout is thoughtfully designed to resemble a culinary journey, featuring various stations dedicated to Grill, Rosti, Pizza, salad bar, bakery, ice cream, sandwich, and pasta. This setup enables patrons to engage their senses and explore the vibrant atmosphere of each station, ultimately selecting delectable dishes to enjoy at the restaurant. Notably, most dishes are freshly prepared in real-time upon ordering. During our recurring visits to the mall, we commonly dine at Fresh Markets Restaurant for lunch and afternoon tea. To indulge in a luxurious afternoon tea, sample the coffee and muffin deal, consisting of waffles topped with apples and cinnamon served with caramel sauce. We were disappointed to miss out on the muffin and coffee deal due to the swift sale of the oversized and delectable muffins. It is noteworthy to praise their baked goods and pastries, which are exceptionally fresh and rich, particularly the grilled and pizza stations, all offered at reasonable prices and served by consistently friendly and courteous staff who exhibit exceptional...

Im not giving fair rating ( I have not tried everything). I want to give rating to Salad Bar. They do have premade salad for about 11.99. I wanted to try Salad Bar today. They have small, Medium, & Large. I forgot how much the large was but I can only eat either Medium or Small. The Medium was 12 something ( I think 12.99) and Small salad was 7.99 but quite small. The Salad Bar has Romaine lettuce or Spinach ( or both). There is a vinegette with Tomato, Cucumber which was good. Then there are chickpea with some type cheese ( feta?) vinegarette & chickpea with kidney bean salad. The dressings are on left ( & do have tiny container if you put some dressing on side) Ranch, Italian, Basalmic I think are choices. They also had cherry tomatoes, beets, onions, sprouts, mushroom, and big pieces of Avocado. I ask the lady if the avocado is part of it and she said yes. You can add free egg ( hard boil) but be careful the Salmon is extra charge ( and pretty expensive....long ago I got Salmon without ask and they do charge alot....maybe 6 or 7 you should ask, that is alot). Anyhow, everything is part of the Salad except Salmon ( extra). And I forgot, pasta salad too but I normally just get salad. They have tiny bit of pepper but if you forgot to put on your salad you can get pepper outside ( after 10 percent service charge) or if you are To go ( and not eat outside) then cashier suppose to give you a To go Fork/knife with pepper.salt pack inside the fork packet. Anyhow, everything outside the salad bar look good ( have to try a slice of pizza next time for cheap!) or they have alot of other stuff. Pasta, even have mexican food. Just the salad was not too exciting ( forgot to mention you can put coleslaw on your salad too). The freeshly squeeze juices were about more than 4.50 ( I was wondering if you can get bottle juice for cheaper). Anyhow, everything at Square one is kinda expensive. i forgot to mention that if you pay the 10 percent service charge you can get silverware or utensils outside near the napkin (...
