I recently had a nanoplastia hair treatment at a salon in Montreal, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Natalia, my hair specialist. She was incredibly attentive and answered all my questions with great patience and care. From my past experiences, I can confidently say that this treatment process felt incredibly professional and worry-free. My hair was washed at the salon, eliminating the need for any pre-washing beforehand, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the cleanliness of the salon was impeccable, further enhancing the overall experience. I went to klounge for nanoplastia a couple months back. The salon is nice and clean and the girl was nice. After the treatment she didn’t wash my hair so it was super straight and beautiful! I went home and took shower and it wasn’t straight at all! I sent a message with a picture of my hair saying there are some straight parts but most of my hair is curly and frizzy. She said you have to straighten it yourself! I said it is not supposed to be like that after spending 400$ for straightening treatment and she did not even reply! (The rudest thing) I just didn’t care and was not even important for me until last week that I went to another place for the exact same treatment. My hair is 6 months longer now but I paid less that’s one thing. Another thing is she washed my hair to make sure I don’t have curls anywhere and she told me if I had curl and saw any she would correct it for free! I did a nanoplastie treatment at this salon. Initially I was very satisfied with the results and recommended it to many people. I was told the treatment would last 6 months. It ended up lasting only for 2 months despite using only high quality sulfate-free products on my hair. When I reproached the owner, Katia, about this and sent her pictures she told that she can’t be responsible for the home care products of her clients ( I clearly sent her all my sulfate-free products). She simply suggested I use a hair mask to help keep my hair smoother. While I understand that effectiveness of treatment might vary with with different hair textures if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about customer satisfaction this is not the place to go.I have been going to the same nail salon, hairdresser etc for years because they actually care and are happy to make up for it if the results are unsatisfactory.
