I will never go here again. I paid more than $1000 for body sculpting with Andrea and this meant 6 sessions/separate appointments. Being a hairdresser, I know how annoying it is for an appointment to be cancelled but unfortunately it happens. I also know how annoying it is for a client to have to wait for her appointment and anything past 15 minutes late isn’t okay. I had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment for Andrea but didn’t make a fuss but did voice it for her to know.

The next time, I had to cancel one of my appointments but rebooked. I was told I could book the appointment for the next Tuesday or Saturday during this time so I called the day of Tuesday so understood it was too last minute but was then told I couldn’t do the Saturday either after being told not even a week prior that it could be done? I was told every appointment needed to be a week to 8 days apart because that’s how the sculpting works. They made me wait for another appointment way over 8 days, probably near two weeks, but they did throw in another free appointment complimentary. Great, thankyou. Now come my last appointment, I had a terrible family emergency due to a seizure/head injury. This was my 6th/last appointment I could not make, and could not reach them by phone til a few hours later. I called to apologize and rebook. Whoever picked up got Andrea to speak to me directly, no problem, only I got the most unprofessional disgusting attitude from her and how I gave her a two hour gap where she could of made money. Here’s my confusion.. I prepaid for this appointment, it wasn’t a gap she wasn’t being paid for and it wasn’t $100, it wasn’t $500 but $1000 I paid already. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a client who paid that much for your services and will now never be coming back nor recommending this place. Save your money. I’d rather lose all those appointments/ the sculpting then to go back. As for the rest, the place looks beautiful, but so unprofessional from my experience...

This place is absolutely wonderful. I know what I’m talking about as I go to this place almost weekly. Nancy and Leslie at front desk are amazing. They have a young new girl. I always forget to ask for her name, but she’s lovely. Denise is the beautiful lady that owns the place an always makes you feel welcome. She also set me up with very high quality compression stockings. Her decorating of her spa is impeccable. So relaxing and beautiful. Aga, what can I say. She’s awesome she does my pedicures and manicures beautifully. I love Erin my RMT she is the bubbliest girl I know. Dr. Laura is an angel. A beautiful girl inside and out that has helped with my recovery of my injured arm. Along with Erin I’m on a quick road to recovery. Andrea gives amazing facial makes you feel wonderful. All the girls are awesome and friendly. They can process your insurance electronically which is an added bonus. I have had many services done with Kate. My most recent one was a microneedling session, my skin feels so soft and the wrinkles on my neck have almost completely disappeared already! I can not believe the results and they haven’t even fully kicked in yet! Kate’s amazing knowledge of products and services I need to yield the results I want is superior to anyone I’ve ever went to before and I love how she asks “what bothers me the most?” instead of just telling me what I “need”. I tell her what I don’t like and she gets rid of it! It’s that simple! I highly recommend Kate she’s simply the best and I trust her completely with her recommendations and I’ve also been using their alumier product line for about 2 years now along with recommended services and I literally get compliments on my skin all the time!
