Taste of Bombay — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

My family and I had a horrid experience at this restaurant. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant and we asked the waitress if the AC was on. She stated it was, but we were sitting right in front of it and couldn't even feel a breeze. Other customers were feeling extremely warm inside as well. We asked the waitress if she or anyone else could check if the AC was working and she stated that she wasn't an electrician (it was a regular window AC unit). We complained that it was far too hot inside and she told us if we didn't feel comfortable in the restaurant, we could go find another restaurant. She was extremely rude the entire time despite us being as courteous as possible. On top of this, when we entered the restaurant and sat down, no one gave us a menu so we had to go find one ourselves from another table. Then no one came to take our order for 20 minutes and we had to ask the waitress to come take our order. We left without eating as it was physically intolerable to stay there any longer. At the time it was 34°C outside, with the humidity it felt like 43°C. The inside of the restaurant was hotter and more humid than it was outside. If you enjoy eating in hell and extremely poor customer service, this place is perfect for you. Worst Customer Service Ever! Ordered food and was told a 30 minute wait for delivery. Call back over an hour later only to be cut off rudely before I even finished explaining why I was calling. The male said they were waiting for the delivery driver. Another 15-20 minutes goes by and I call again, once again the male cuts me off. I told the male that I have waited over an hour and 15 mins for food that was suppose to be here already. I explained that if the food was not here soon that we were no longer like it. The male was extremely rude, said that they are waiting for the driver and that we cant guarantee when he will arrive, said " i'll have to wait sweet heart" The male then said another 20-25 minutes. So close to 2 hours for two dinners, that themselves were extremely over priced, close to 45 dollars! Never again will I order from this place. No apology, cut me off every time I tried to talk and basically didn't care either way. Not to mention, if they were waiting for the delivery driver that entire time, my food has been sitting there that time as well, so cold food would have been my thanks. Avoid this place at all cost! Give your money to someone who would appreciate...

So me and my squad went to this place after mountain hiking and 16km of trekking we were so hungry that we could have even eat a horse. We ordered 3 dishes  Butter chicken which for the first time in my life i saw that the gravy was all made of water and it was flavorless. Second dish was dal makhani which was the worst of all 3 we didn't so we just left it as it came the consistency of dal makhani was more liquid then water it self . The third dish was shahi panner the taste was 5/10  but we had to find panner in it. The worst thing about this place was that the dining plates were disposable even the street food vendors have started using better quality of utensils. The worst indian dinning place i have been to in my life all in all they ruined one of our best days in just seconds. Would highly recommend you guys to not to go to this restaurant.
