Coriander Green continues to impress with its authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine! I’ve now experienced both their dine-in and takeout services, and both were exceptional. Here’s the breakdown:
Dine-In Experience: The ambiance is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated with subtle Indian-inspired touches. The staff is friendly, attentive, and passionate about the food they serve. They made great recommendations and ensured everything was to our liking.
Takeout Experience: The takeout process was seamless! The food was packed neatly, stayed warm, and tasted just as amazing as it did in the restaurant. The portions were generous, and the eco-friendly packaging was a nice touch.
Food Highlights: Butter Chicken - Creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced, with tender pieces of chicken that melted in my mouth. Paired with plain naan, it was pure comfort food.
Samosa - Crispy, golden pastry filled with a delicious spiced potato and pea mixture. It was served with tamarind chutney, which added a sweet and tangy contrast that complemented the savory filling perfectly.
Plain Naan - Soft, fluffy, and freshly baked, the plain naan was the perfect accompaniment to soak up the delicious sauces from the butter chicken.
Mango Lassi - Creamy, sweet, and refreshing—the perfect way to cool down after all the bold flavors. It was like a tropical vacation in a glass!
Final Thoughts: Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, Coriander Green delivers an unforgettable Indian culinary experience. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and the service is top-notch. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Indian food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Read moreI went to see a family friend and they took me to this place for supper. The ambience was great, I could smell the aroma of spices on the street before entering the place. I thought I was up for a treat, but trust me it was dissapointment to the core! I am an Indian, food lover, cook by passion who loves spicy food and usually likes a green chilli to spice up things for myself! I ordered vegetable tikka, the worst I have ever tasted. I am surprised by how much pepper they use in their food, I had tears running down my eyes, my stomach was sizzling! I am like what the heck is this! The paneer (cottage cheese) was of very poor quality, I just ate half of it and let it go because I thought they would make amends with the main course. Then for the main course I ordered Vegetable Korma and Lacha Parantha! It just seem something every Indian restaurant is good at but they failed miserably! I had too bites and let it go, I enjoy my food and love the flavours of India, but nothing special with this place. Definately not recommended, imagine I did not have to pay for the food but I felt bad for my hosts that they had to pay and experience such bad quality Indian food! Last but not the least the service was awful, who has 2 servers serving one table without communicating with each other while taking orders! We were asked to place orders twice, where in we had already placed the order. And when we requested one of the many servers to give us a few minutes between appetizers another one would pop up to ask the same question and then the 1st one would come back again. I was like give us a break, don't you guys understand and communicate with each other. Let me put in simple words if this was the last place to go eat Indian food on earth, I would still...
Read moreWe ordered from Coriander Green yesterday. The order was placed at 5:34 pm and we were told to come pick it up at 6:50 pm. (expected due to Mother's Day and the challenges with COVID). We got there at 6:50 pm. They asked us to pay BEFORE telling us that the order wasn't ready and it would be at least 20 min. more. No one bothered to call us to save us the trip. There was one person standing there with little to do who could have called. There were at least a dozen people waiting for their food. Then we decided to call ahead before returning and it was nowhere near ready. It was a hassle to cancel since they took our payment. Strategic move on their part. We to call 2 more times. We ended up getting our food at 7:50 pm, 2 hours and 20 min after the initial call and an hour late. The food was lukewarm. Things happen but because of the way they handled the situation, we won't be going back. I fault them for no courtesy calls to save the trip (if we didn't keep calling we would have gone there several times), not telling us initially that it might be later given their issues, or not accepting our ordered because they were obviously unable to handle the volume. Furthermore, I would have expected a coupon, or, adding a little extra food, or, a discount. The icing on the cake was how defensive they were given how I calmly addressed them. We like to support local restaurants especially during COVID and we never experienced such poor service and attitude. I would't be so hard on them if they attempted to...
