The worst coffee shop ever. I walked in and I had to wait around 5 min in line maybe more to give my order. After that I had to wait like 25 minutes for my order, 3 cappuccinos. For god sake I could have done those myself while waiting. Beside all the waiting and the crowd of people waiting by the counter for their orders, I noticed how dirty the place was. They had a bucket of water for the clients so everyone could fill their cups the issue was the bucket was empty, and people were looking for water. In one momnet I noticed a man putting his plastic cup inside the leftover ice in the bucket and the bartender saw him, instead of throwing the leftover ice and refilling with clean ice and water she just grabbed the bucket and filled it with water without cleaning it. I felt so disgusted by this. Like this wasn’t enough when she made my cup of coffee finally after almost 30 min they spilled it instead of grabbing a clean paper towel to clean the mug she cleaned it with a filthy towel. When I saw this I wasn’t able to drink my coffee, I asked for a plastic cup and just wanted to go out of there. I thought to even cancel and ask for a refund for my order, but I was with my family and I didn’t want to cause any drama. They kept saying to other customers you need to wait we are behind of our orders, like come on the shop wasn’t even crowded, it got crowded due to the late service and everyone waiting for their orders Unfortunately when I will go back in oakville never ever going...

My experience here was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the lack of attention from the staff was evident. Despite the shop being nearly empty, I had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when they finally did, their attitude was anything but welcoming. The barista seemed disinterested and rushed through my order without any regard for accuracy. When I politely pointed out that my drink was incorrect, I was met with a sigh and an eye-roll, as if I was the one at fault. It was clear that customer service is not a priority here. To make matters worse, when I asked for it to be remade (because I have an allergy), the response I got was extremely dismissive, and I was made to feel like a burden, despite clearly communicating. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth—not just from the coffee, but from the terrible service. I definitely won’t be returning here and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone who values good service and a pleasant atmosphere.
