DO NOT consign your merchandise here!!! Do NOT. It is impossible to get a response from anyone. Calls and emails go unanswered. I went to pick up my merchandise when I had not had any response and one of the items was missing. The clerk had no idea what happened. I had to call several times to follow up. It turned out the owner sold my purse at a deep discount without first asking me (and I had emailed indicating I was picking up my purses). I am told that the contract stipulates that they are allowed to sell at a deep discount, so basically, too bad. I should have picked up my things much earlier, as there were many warning signs.

If you are a purchaser of merchandise from this store, I would also be careful. This business is not to be trusted.

I am still waiting for a response to my request to SPEAK to someone about my complaint. The owner chooses to have her staff communicate messages without the opportunity for dialogue and resolution, thereby thwarting any ability to resolve things in a reasonable time. Shame on you!

Told me three items had sold since my last cheque, I go to pick up the cheque on the 17th of July I think, cheque isn’t ready even though they said the owner would be writing it on the weekend prior. I came 50km to pick up. I go to pick up the cheque the next Friday and only one item was on the cheque. I asked to speak to the owner and I wasn’t mad, I just wanted an explanation because I had come a very far distance to pick up the money. I get a call back a few days later from Linda (who I don’t think is the owner because they told me the owner was away until August 6th) and she was so rude. Never had such a bad customer service experience and I will be picking up all of my consignment items as soon as I possibly can. Originally I felt fine with the shop but experienced a very different vibe with a mature salesperson who was anxious to leave and close while I was doing my drop off as per the appointment and providing details like my new address and phone number She was rude-dismissive when she viewed my size 6 Sak’s black shearling car coat … it was a no-brainer collectible that sold immediately elsewhere . Nonetheless, chiding me about her need to depart was unacceptable as was the tone of the emails I received months later from someone ..no name. Won’t return won’t miss it.Inventory is tired tea-party and the merchandising is odd even clumsy.Is there an actual owner ? No idea..it’s run with the mentality of FB marketplace only FB participants observe...
