MINISO — Local services in Oakville

I was just calmly shopping at mini so when I came across some my little baby mini brand and it said five surprises so I just assumed there would be five toys I cashed out for 14.68$!!! I went out and opened it there was only three packets I went back to her and said that there was only three packets she said, go open it and then come back to me I opened it and turned out. There was only one baby in it. I went back to her and said that this is false advertising, and that there’s only one and I want a refund and then all of a sudden said oh no, it’s final price you can’t return it when she never said that before I cashed out I went to guest services they said she should be able to refund me I went back to her and she said no I can’t I can’t then acted like she called her manager when she clearly didn’t then lied and said that her manager said no I can’t when I asked for her name, she said no, we’re not allowed to give it after we left she took or attempted to take a photo WORST EXPERIENCE EVER NEVER...

Do not visit this store! The Oakville location is the worse of worse when it comes to good or at least appropriate customer service. The associate working here was very rude and extremely hurtful with his words when telling my special needs child to put away an item back to where it belongs, even though it was just a row away. My child didn't understand and was extremely upset after that. When I approached the employee to remind him how inappropriate and hurtful his behavior was, he told us to leave and get out! No lies! As a mall worker and Japan lover with Japanese background, I am so disappointed in Miniso. Not only is there no exchange/returns allowed, their headphones stopped working after a while and the quality and variety in products is terrible compared to Miniso in other countries. Canada already gets everyone's leftovers and barely has any good stuff shopping-wise, we all go to America or overseas. There's hardly anything substantial to buy here that isn't overpriced. Go to Japan's or another country's Miniso/Daiso, then you will see where the good...
