The Mango Slush was next level, no kidding. Superb. I don't know the name of the other drink I just bought it so that I can experience popping boba in Canada for the first time the drink kinda disappointed me, but the popping boba was nice. I think it was milk tea. Overall, a great experience. Thanks.
[UPDATE - 23 March 2023] So .... I didn't like the drink I bought today. Golden Roasted Milk Tea. Maybe my expectations were high but there is a bare minimum taste a bubble tea should have. I have been going to this store forever and I always take different drinks and Mango slush is my favorite. Today as usual I wanted to try something different. Looks like I made a bad choice ? Idk. I believe I saw a trainee there today (which I really appreciate as I really know how it feels when you get into working initially. For that same reason, I tried not to look at what they were making for me so that no staff got nervous. Trust me customers looking at the staff doing the job doesn't make them feel good or make things better. At least from my experience.). And in between them making it, I asked the staff whether the tea was sweet and the staff said it is sweet because it has some caramel or something in it. So obviously, I trusted the staff. And I like my tea sweet. By that I mean 100% sugar and not 25%. Idk if the store standards are now 25% sugar (plus they didn't ask so I believe there's nothing wrong in assuming the sugar was 100%.). Now to the contrasting part, I also ordered a peach green tea. So the expectation is both to be equally or closely sweet. So when I tasted my tea, which was the Golden roasted milk tea, I knew it wasn't sweet. But then I tasted the peach green tea and to my surprise that was way sweeter than my milk tea. And now that made me sad because I did a cross check with the staff when they were making it. Anyways, the point is, it was a disappointing experience. Is it like that all the time? Definitely not. It was my first time experiencing such an issue there. I hope they improve from this. And also, nothing against the trainee. I tried my best to stay away from disrupting the training. Cheers š„. (PS: The toppings were less in quantity as well. But I kinda liked the...

I literally canāt have added sugar and she basically refused to make it for me saying that the company changed its recipe and she cannot allow me to do no sugar after the other co-worker already ordered our drink.
She refused to a point that she spent 15 minutes figuring out how to give me a refund because she didnāt know the passcode to the debit machine to do that. She had to call someone for the passcode.
She never figured it out so in the end she gave up and decided to just make me my drink after causing such an issue over adding no sugarā¦
I am so sad because this was the one drink I always look forward to every week. Now because of this lady I canāt enjoy it anymore. I donāt understand why you canāt just add no sugar to make a regular customer happy instead of losing consistent money. Iāve been to many real fruits and this is the first time Iāve heard this. Makes no sense to me from a business standpoint. What a bad experience⦠The younger people especially the young guy at this location is way nicer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis for sure is the worst business at Oakville Place and the worst Bubble Tea shop I've ever been too. When the business first opened it was reasonable. Now the place changes and it's a nightmare. They always have young teenagers working there who donāt care and have no clue what they are doing. Drinks are getting more and more watered down to the point where you cannot tell whether you are drinking yellow water with ice or Mango Diamond Slush. The amount of mango pieces in largest size of a Diamond Slush is literally a tea spoon. Tapioca is cooked improperly and looks like one sticky, tasteless chunky mess that's glued together. All you get is ice /added tap water. Manager who responded to previous comments should stop lying and embarrassing himself. Have respect for your clients! We are not idiots.
