I went there to purchase a disposable vape. The old man told me the payment system was down and it cost $35.50. He said he would give me a "cash discount" of $35. I thought the price was a little high but agreed.

I returned a few days later to buy the exact same product. This time a younger guy was working. He scanned the disposable vape and it came to $27.25. Let me emphasize that this was completely the exact same product.

The old man is a cheat and a fraud. I will never be returning to this or any other INS Market in the future. This isn't the only INS Market that has gotten away with this. The one across from Union just off of Front St. tries to pull...
