Weird loud exhaust fan on the south side of the building that runs 24/7 and throughout the night. Called Madison group emergency line multiple times about it and the lady is nice but totally deflects every time and does nothing about it. Not sure what’s going on and why this loud vent noise is allowed to continue and confused why no one is doing anything about. Have a nice day. Thank you

Update: The noise from the exhaust fan originates from Nobu Restaurant as stated by 311 City By-Law Officers. The case was reopened as multiple residents in the area have complained. Only after By Law Officers located the noise, Nobu Management will be looking into it. I will not be advocating for Nobu Residences or their affiliated companies i.e. Nobu Restaurant after this ordeal.

Update 2: By Law Officers measured the noise and have stated there is a clear noise violation and will be speaking to Nobu Management before issuing an OTC - order to comply

Update: Order to comply issued by noise enforcement to Madison group to fix. The south side of Nobu has a loud industrial fan running from April. If not for OTC issued by the city, I don’t think Madison or Nobu would have looked into it. Can not use balcony anymore due to insane 85DB fan noise. Let’s hope OTC pushes Nobu/ Madison group to fix

Update four: a fine of $750 has been issued to Madison group for lack of progress on resolving the noise. Product to be delivered March 2025, which is a silencer equipped to fan. Let’s hope this is legit or an empty promise by...

Lost respect for this establishment. I had to come here to drop off keys to the incompetent manager. There was a lot of construction and heavy noise. I couldn’t find the entrance so I asked these two white construction workers on the sidewalk where the entrance was and they just stared at me not saying a word, then walked past me stinking of weed. They made a snarky comment amongst themselves while walking away. I called the manager to find the entrance and, of course, he wouldn’t come down to get his keys but gave me misguided directions instead. This scum brags about owning 6 homes and couldn’t just buy new keys. The doorman from Le Germaine Hotel from across the street helped me.

Headache. This whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. This hotel hasn’t even opened yet and I can understand why this place has so many...

Birthday Disappointment My birthday was last Saturday.. I had made reservations online a month prior to celebrate my birthday at Nobu. My family and I were very excited to celebrate there. When I phoned to confirm the reservation, I was told that the restaurant was closed for tiff. I was also told that they never received the reservation because of a computer glitch. When I explained it, it was my birthday. The receptionist was not only snitty, she was rude and dismissive. I have left two messages for a manager to contact me. Still waiting… not impressed. STK...
