Even though it took for ever to build. It's nice to have the market back in the North end! Saturday market is great if you're in the area on foot. Although, if you don't get a parking spot close by. It can be difficult to get one later in the afternoon. The new floor space appears to by similar in size to the temp South market. Not used to the layout yet. It'd be great if they could utilize the ally way between the new building and the cinema. Market has the same great booths as the original Saturday market. Not sure if the prices have increased. Looked pretty similar as before. Will definitely be going back for some of the baked goods!

The St. Lawrence Market Complex, which includes St. Lawrence Hall and the North and South Market buildings, has served as a City landmark for more than 200 years and remains one of the most valuable historical sites in Toronto. 📍 The St. Lawrence Market North building will host its first Saturday Farmers’ Market on April 5, 2025 📍 A Special Grand Opening Community Event will follow on May 10, 2025 Very spacious, bright and modern building. I was not impressed about Saturday market and vendors, same old and same farmers with high prices 😑

My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting St. Lawrence Market during our trip to Toronto. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-organized the market is. The aisles are wide enough to comfortably stroll through, even when it's busy—you never feel crowded or rushed.

From fresh produce to artisanal goods, there’s something for everyone here. The vendors were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere had a great local charm. We spent a few hours exploring and just enjoying the vibrant energy of the market. It’s a must-visit if you're in Toronto, whether you're a foodie, a traveller, or just looking for a good time.

Highly...

I don't know why it exists. Improper use of enormous spaces just to deliver same (if not less) selection of stuff previously conveniently hosted in closed tent, now inconveniently hosted half-open in blocking road passage for pedestriants and actually looks like a one big mistake. I truly tried to understand, but this is just a waste of space. Whoever was in charge of this project must have used budget elsewhere otherwise I can't see who in actual mind would decide to create this disaster in the middle of downtown. It will scare people away instead of...
