As someone who has been banking with TD for over 20 years, I want to be as honest and proactive with this review —something the staff at this branch are incapable of.
Never have I felt more dismissed, unsupported, emotionally and mentally drained by a bunch of people. Since mid-March, I’ve been seeking assistance with an important financial matter — one that required urgency, clarity, and at the very least basic communication and professionalism.
Instead? I was met with a MASTERCLASS on how NOT to do your job. It’s not an exaggeration when I say a bunch of pre-schoolers would be better at doing this. Delay after delay, vague answers, and a complete lack of initiative. Every visit or phone call felt like I was starting from scratch. No one followed up. ( correction: someone from a branch in OAKVILLE reached out to me and said I had to go back to the branch I initiated the process at, so bless him for actually doing his job!)
Back to THIS branch — I’ve have to chase them down to get answers or any piece of information, none explains anything, let alone give financial advice!!! 🤣. It’s so, so SO horrible that this institution should be sending me a cheque for helping these people do their jobs!!!
Has my problem been resolved 4 months down the road? Nope. But I have given up on this place completely. I just hope TD clears the house and begins to hire capable trained individuals because this is completely...
Read moreEvery time I go into this bank I come out in the worst mood, TD as a whole has just been a major disappointment of an experience but this branch takes the cake. I was in and out of here over 3 weeks trying to sort a verification issue with my account that they assured me every time was fixed. when I came back for a third time with the same issue Saul was laughing and basically said "you again", I didn't find it very funny that I started a new job and couldn't pay rent because of problems with my e-transfers.
Today was the last straw, had a meeting with Aaron at 1, arrived at 12:45, it was getting close to 1 and no one had checked on me so I decided to tell them that I was here for the meeting.
1:15 I'm pretty sure Aaron jumped on the desk and started helping customers... I walked out, I don't have time to be wasting. The people that run and operate that branch are so oblivious, moronic and just simply terrible at their job.

Read moreI opened an account on Oct 18th 2025 with this branch. The representative Nima Saeed helped me to open an account . Then after that he advised me that he would send me an email for my credit card approval, which I never got. Have been trying to reach to him since that day, as he works only on Saturdays. Left tons of voicemails, emails no reply. Reached out to the Manager-still waiting for the reply. I changed my account to TD to get good service from my current bank, which in return backfired it seems. The thing is there is no way you can reach that specific representative NIMA SAEED as he is handling my account and they won’t even let me change my personal banking rep, I personally work in Service sector , if I work in this manner , I am getting fired the very next day without warning .
