The Well Condominium — Local services in Toronto

This condo is great, all the staff are excellent, all except for the one female concierge they have at the front desk. I lived in 3 other tridel buildings. Have met endless concierges over the years. This lady has been by far the worst I have ever met. Her personal goal is to make things difficult, half the time she isn't there or playing games on her phone. And will fully ignore residents. She is impossible to work with and makes any task no matter how small a headache. The sad thing is is that all other staff in the building are absolutely top notch. I don't understand how they let her keep her employment. I have spoken to numerous residents and they all know her because of her absolutely horrible service and attitude. I live in 450 Front St which is right across the street from this building and my balcony faces their outdoor terrace.

This building needs to enforce some type of quiet hour or have their amenities closed at a certain time because people are outside on weekdays blasting music, screaming and laughing really loud, sometimes until 2-3AM in the morning. I know for a fact it’s not from people on their own balconies as I’ve been woken up due to the noise and have looked down to see people on the terrace in the middle of the night.

Management needs to do a better job with noise control and be more considerate of surrounding residents. Photos attached were taken at 12AM and there are big groups and music blasting out loud...

There is animal urine, vomit and poop stains all over the place including the lobby/elevator entrance. One day I interrupted Kevin from his job of sitting at the concierge desk to tell him that there was vomit in my elevator on the way down and two puddles of urine that I had to step over in the doorway to exit the elevator waiting area. He said that he knew and seemed confused that I was informing the concierge about it. I came back 3 hours later and it was still there. They also sent my TV delivery driver away because I didn’t book a move...
