I have booked 2 nights with this motel via booking.com and it was a nightmare even before getting there. Once I booked the room I noticed I made a mistake with the dates of destination and tried to contact them right away and they were inflexible for the refund. Then, I had to work all my trip around that and change everything because They wouldn't refund me (even that they advertise for free cancellation via booking.com)and finally I had no choice but to stay with them...However, 2 days later I noticed that there was an extra charge for one more night and it was very clear in booking.com that I booked for 2 nights with the reservation number... I tried to call them again to speak to a person, they would never pick up the phone, I emailed them and the person was very rude and said that it wasn't their problem if they charged me for an extra 400$...So a total of 1000$ for 2 nights through my credit card. Fortunately, I was able to speak with the customer service through booking.com and finally got a free cancellation but I am still waiting to see the full refund in my credit card. My experience: these people made me sweat even before I arrived to destination!!! I can't image how my experience would be ounce there if I didn't cancel. Very bad motel and overpriced : 709$ for 2 nights. False advertisement for free cancellation, not reachable, arrogant, bad customer service and THEIVES .... If you read my message RUN!!! please avoid to be trapped you will be stressed even before you begin your vacations...

Very fast to answer in google by being rude instead of recognizing your bad management and quick to charging extra money for a non booked room and cancelled for free , but not that fast to give me back my refund I am still waiting for it .I still have a charge of 1000$$$ in my credit card....Not one time to answer your phone and resolve the issue. I would like to put a disclaimer that I know that our booking was nonrefundable - I was hoping given the nature of what my partner and I were going through with the accident, and the fact that they were able to resell our rooms full price, that some empathy and understanding could be shown. I even had people that could have gone in our place but they refused to even let us do that, although we were already charged full price. When I reached out with our situation to Robert from reservations, he was not understanding of the situation we were in, and in fact gave me pressured deadlines (same date I reached out to him by 6 pm) to cancel our trip when I had indicated I was about to get on a flight back home to my partner, as I was currently on the other side of the world. He was unclear in emails and text messages about giving us a refund, which I have full proof of, and ultimately pressured us to cancel to get any chance of a refund. Once I cancelled he refused to understand the mixed messages he gave on email, and refused to give us back our money while he rebooked our rooms and made close to 1000 bucks on it. I also requested to speak to the owner in which he ignored. So now, he not only was able to re sell our rooms full price and make 1000$ off of new customers, but kept our full payment of 1000$.
