We went for dinner 30 min after of closure and they don’t attend us, nothing special in comparison with other restaurants I. The area where we were not welcome neither. Anyways, we give them a second opportunity and come back the net day. Wow! … first incredible thing is a post it in the menu: “Price will vary” this is totally illegal. Prices must be visible and it is mandatory to respect them…. The woman who attend us was nice, polite, friendly… but the young boy working on site was totally discourteous. Plates are made on cardboard, no cutlery was brought to us and glasses are recycled and very uneasy to use.

Food was ok, but nothing special for the price. In my opinion too expensive for the food quality. Beer cold as requested, this was nice.

This is a place for not repeating...

Absolutely terrible service, called and asked for a half cheese and half pepperoni and they “no you can’t get half and half” so I said ok.. I’ll have one just cheese and can I have one with 3 toppings and they said “no that’s a custom order” so I said ok can we have a deluxe? and they said “no we don’t have that” so we said ok.. what options do you have that are similar to a deluxe pizza? and she said they have one that is mushrooms, pepperoni and olives. I said ok I’ll have that but without olives and and she said no we cant do that. So finally I just said ok what pizza options do you have? And she said “I don’t have time to tell you check our Facebook and hung up. So they must be premade pizzas or something... Chile anyways harbour front pizza factory is makes amazing...

Since restaurants in Ucluelet seem to rotate business days to allow everyone a fair income (you guys are absolute treasures and let nobody tell you differently), we found ourselves away from our usual foodie haunts and turned to these fabulous pizza-makers for our 7th anniversary dinner.

Best. Choice. Ever.

I have had wood-fired pizza, I have had pizza with insane toppings. I have simply never had them come together in this sublime way before. It was hard to believe that we had walked away with it as opposed to travel out of the country for it. You guys are geniuses, you have turned pizza into a skilled craft, and I will continue to tell absolutely everyone who will listen long enough to come see you for a soul-completing...

We are from out of town and we’re visiting in Ucluelet for a few days and this came highly recommended from a colleague. We waited two hours for the pizza which was fine given it was a busy evening in busy season. The staff were really nice but it just came down to the taste of the pizza and the price. The pizza was dry and just jammed with cheese and honestly nothing to write home about; it was also almost $45 (after tip) for a single pizza. I wish we could have gone again to try another pizza but based on the one we had we were not impressed and not willing to go back on our short stay.

They use sour dough for the pizza crust. Surprisingly flavour is well balanced and you can’t taste too much of sourness from the crust. We ordered “the one” pizza and it costs about $26? It is a bit pricey, but the taste is really good. Especially you can’t find too much restaurants that open late at night. They close at around 10pm. They get really busy at night and we had to wait for about an hour to pick up our order. All the pizzas are made from scratch and they use fire wood oven to bake them. They are cash only.
