After several unsuccessful attempts to purchase something special for our wedding anniversary with other jewelry stores, we stopped by to browse for rings. That was the best decision we've made! Absolutely positive experience! David was incredibly patient with us and provided multiple options for rings shapes and designs. As we were struggling with getting the right size, he also suggested some services to adjust the rings they had in stock - or to order a custom made rings - the option we went for. We ordered two rings by Charles Harper and were given "2-3 weeks" as ETA. We were not in a hurry, but as David found it was for our anniversary, he kindly marked the order as 'ASAP'. Artina's jewelry pieces are gorgeous and, most importantly, showcase and support local Indigenous artists. But the customer service deserves a 6th star. This team goes above and beyond. I had a tight time frame to pick up an item and limitations with heading to their storefront, and David and his team made the extra effort to ship my purchase to save me the hassle. The time, care, and dedication were more than I expected, and I can't thank them enough.

I enquired online through the chat about an out of stock bracelet and Carl responded almost immediately. He told me the bracelet was on order and as soon as he received it, he would be in touch. Within a couple of weeks Carl let me know the bracelet was in stock. He sent me a photo and I purchased it sight unseen. The transaction could not have gone any smoother.
