Terrible experience in this store. I never want to make bad reviews to shops but this time I really feel the urge to. I had to buy some magnets and the lady at the counter told me one wasn't in sale like the others. She told me to go check in a terribly superior attitude which made me go check if I was the one mistaken. I go to the aisle and the magnet I took was on the same one of the other magnets in sale. I understand there could have been a mistake and that's why I double checked but I don't understand why to treat a perfectly polite customer bad only because he's young and kind. I was disrespected and the lady told me that I shouldn't complain because "she works there and she knows much more than me". I would have very much liked an explanation of what I was doing wrong but the only thing she managed to do was insult me. Since she knew so much, especially about marketing I guess, I left the store. NEVER AGAIN. The prices I found in the other downtown stores were very competitive and in some places even cheaper. The quality of products there is very bad and mostly fake. Not...

Today I went to the Store at 1144 Robson. I asked the manager if I could try the shorts on as most of the clothing is Asian sized. I was told they had no changing rooms. I was very surprised as this was the recently closed Guess Retail Store and you could clearly see the several changing rooms were still there. I asked how will I know if they fit. I was told I could buy them and try them at home and return them in two weeks. I went up to the cashier and I explained what the manager said. The cashier said "no" you can't return them once you buy them. I called the manager over he at first agreed with me then the cashier corrected him tersely said a few words in Chinese then I was told return only. I told them that didn't make sense to no allow people to try the clothing on when the stores clearly has several changing rooms. Yet offer people to buy it and return for exchange. I said that makes no sense was what if it simply won't fit no matter what size. I will not visit any of there stores. You can get most of their stuff off online at Aliexpress and even they have...

I do not recommend this store if you enjoy staff automatically profiling you as a shoplifter! I was automatically profiled as a shoplifter. I enter the store on Friday, January 19, after 9pm to buy shoulder sling bag. The store employee (Asian man) immediately stood by while I browse the section. There were other people in the store shopping. Why wasn't he watching everyone? Once I picked up the black sling, the man asked me if I was done. I said no. I was annoyed. I continued to check out other items. I saw he stood by the door entrance, he thought I was going to run out with the black sling bag. I made my way towards the cashier when he approached me, so I gave him the bag and said I do not appreciate being treated as a shoplifter. I headed out. I will NOT ever again step in your store. I used to shop at your store for merchandise for years! Why am I treated like a shoplifter? If the owner is reading this, I want to speak with you and I want an apology! I want to know what made that man to automatically profile me and assume I am...

You'll find lots of Canada and Vancouver themed items here! If you want to buy gifts for your non Canadian friends, this is a great place to buy things from! Great for tourists who are looking for souvenirs! They have clothes, socks and hats as well! Their prices are very reasonable! The store is not very organized, though their pricing more than makes up for that! If you're paying close attention, you may find some hidden gems! I absolutely loved shopping here!

If you're looking for affordable Canada souvenirs, this is the spot! I was surprised to learn this shop is locally owned. You can buy 4 cotton t-shirts for less than $20 in a variety of sizes. There are also practical travel items as well as fun souvenirs like candles, maple candy, and key chains. It's right across the street from Pacific Centre if you exit on the East side of The Bay (by the bags/purses).

Stopped by the District Factory Outlet in downtown Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised! Found some really good deals on clothing, accessories and souvenirs. It's a great spot to browse if you're looking for discounted items. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of downtown. It's not a huge store, but they have a decent selection. Definitely worth checking out if you're on a budget.
