Have had multiple bad experiences here unfortunately:/ last year the security guard asked to check my bag, I showed him my bag but asked why this was as he had not ask the people before us who also had large bags. He was aggressive and rude and responded with “never come back here” despite my compliance with his searching of my entire bag and coat. I let go of that incident but today I called for a certain product which they assured me they had multiple times. I asked if they can hold two for me as I was coming from a ways away and they said there is too many to sell out by the time they close. To my surprise the item was not in stock after commuting almost an hour. The employee simply responded with “I guess we’re sold out” and walked away without even letting me speak. For a store that size, they definitely had a lot of costumes left 2 days before Halloween weekend. Tons of costumes left of all kinds. Quite a good selection. But I must say some of their prices are outrageous. Things like a simple side cheap looking holster is $30. Those long "Satin" gloves are $25 there- $2 at the Dollarama next door. Package costumes seem to be only slightly higher in price, but accessories are through the roof. And it smells a bit in there.... If you are dt, and in a pinch, they have a lot. But it is...

The amount of people following me in the store was overwhelming and unnecessary, I left with a bad taste about the store in general. Admittedly I had a stroller, but no bags were attached and even very visible under storage. There was no need for every male employee to be directly behind me and watching my every step.
