Para quem deseja custo benefício, este é o lugar! Cozinha super equipada com frigobar, chapa elétrica, microondas, chaleira elétrica, torradeira elétrica, panelas e todos utensílios para nos servir. Fizíamos nosso café e também preparávamos almoço e jantar. Possui ferro de passar roupa (solicite o seu ao fazer o check-in). Possui aquecedor e ar condicionado portátil. As tomadas são de três plugues paralelos , o que não inviabiliza o uso de nossos carregadores para celular. Fiquei no 6° andar e conseguia ver as montanhas, muito aconchegante. A recepção do hotel fica no 12° andar. Fomos bem tratados e tivemos nossas solicitações sempre atendidas. O elevadores são um pouco lentos, mas como são 4 isso se torna irrelevante. Para quem procura luxo não indicaria. Mas, para quem busca um local funcional, com pessoas simpáticas e uma localização privilegiada eu indico. Tem tudo perto. Mercado Líder Express, casas de câmbio, Castaño (tipo padaria), Sky Costanera, Shopping Costanera, Restaurante Giratório, Cerro San Cristóbal, metrô, Mc Donald's, bares, praças e muito mais. O bairro da Providência tem partes de agito e também áreas bucólicas. Amei😍

Minha estadia no hotel foi ótima. Na chegada, o funcionário da recepção foi atencioso e prestativo, oferecendo algumas dicas sobre o bairro e o câmbio. O quarto estava adequado, e a cama era confortável. A cozinha supriu o necessário para minha permanência. A localização do hotel é ótima, pessoal dos passeios passavam lá e o preço foi compatível com o que foi oferecido. Considerando os aspectos gerais, a experiência atendeu às expectativas.

This hotel/apartment place was average at best. It's in a good and safe location so as a single female traveler, it felt safe to come home later at night. The staff were quite good and responsive to my needs. The apartment was relatively clean except for small ants regularly in bathroom and kitchenette.||However there were several downsides to this place. The lift takes ages to move between floors and when the lobby is in a room on level 12 it can be frustrating to go up/down. ||There is no airconditioning in the room - a fan that wasn't working...not good for the heat of Santiago. ||The wifi was very weak connection which was frustrating trying to connect. ||Even more frustrating was how the cleaners did not stock up on toiletries so I was left without toilet paper at 3am calling to get another roll from staff!!! ||All up - good location but would prefer to stay elsewhere...

This Hotel is located at two minutes walking from Pedro De Valdivia Metro station which is on Line 1. We arrived and the two guys at the reception were extremely firendly. We had no idea about Santiago and they were answering our questions for about 40 minutes, suggesting us what to do and basically being our tour guides. They were extremely kind. Also, they upgraded our room for free. The room was excellent, extremely spacious, clean, warm. We could not ask for anything more for the price we...
