We found this restaurant near the main square in Puerto Natales. What a great find this was! We were warmly greeted and seated almost as if we were one of the family. We were pleasantly surprised by the choices available on their menu and quickly settled into a couple of local craft beers whilst we selected our choices from the menu. We chose our meals and were very soon presented with a complimentary smoked salmon appetiser....a nice touch indeed... The main course arrived ; we chose the Lamb Goulash. The food was superbly presented and was exquisitely flavoursome. The chef certainly knew what he was doing and was rightly proud of his work. From this point forward we knew that this was indeed the best choice we could have made for a most wonderful dining experience here in Puerto Natales. The desert was absolutely stunning and beautifully presented. We simply could not fault this restaurant in any way. The service was warm, friendly and excellent, the food and presentation was superb....the drinks menu is impressive and extensive and best of all the pricing is fair and reasonable. Please don't pass by this place, it deserves your business and I'm certain that you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to the Chef and the staff for a most fabulous...
Read moreBeing a bengali, I can smell good fish. So I smelled something nice cooking while walking by the restaurant. To my surprise, it was full and we didn’t get a table. They have free wifi and that can a reason why people tend to stay longer 😁. We went next day for lunch and liked it a lot. Service is bit slow but the waitress was sweet and nice host. The food goes like this: Caldillo de mariscos magallánicos: This is a blast of sea food in a steaming broth. It was hot and flavorful till the last bite. Mix a little tabasco and the chilly flakes. It hits all your taste buds. Vegetales al Curry: I didnt taste this. But my friend told it was blunt. But he is happy that he got his veggies. Rollos de Salmón Austral: Salmon was cooked to perfection. Seasoned with the right spices.
Recommended if you have patience. There is no chicken/pollo in the menu. Its a pure seafood...
Read moreWe were the 1st guests in of the evening and both very starving from a full day of travel from elsewhere in Chile. We were very warmly welcomed here and the staff were very patient as I practised my broken Spanish. I had the Ñoquis con salsa Vermouth (beet gnocchi with cream cheese and smoked salmon inside topped with prawns in a tasty jus) and it was absolutely delicious! Like savour every bite delicious! My husband had Sobrecostilla al Carménère which was a melt in the mouth beef in red wine, some roasted veggies and a tasty risotto. He was over the moon with this meal and they were only around 15.000 pesos for fantastic, delicious good quality food that is made with love. We ended up sharing our meals because we both enjoyed each dish so much. The staff were very friendly and we are hoping to come back as a reward once we have finished our...
