Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (株式会社良品計画Kabushiki-gaisha Ryōhin Keikaku) (TYO: 7453), or Muji (無印良品 Mujirushi Ryōhin) is a Japanese retail company which sells a wide variety of household and consumer goods.

Muji started with 40 products during the 1980s. Their products range from stationery and clothing to food items and major kitchen appliances; they have even marketed an automobile. The primary business includes Café Muji, Meal Muji, Muji Campsite, florist and home furnishing; the company has also engaged in architectural projects such as the Muji houses.

By the end of the 2000s, Muji was selling more than 7,000 products. It is positioned as a "reasonably priced" brand, keeping the retail prices of products "lower than usual" by the materials it selects, streamlining its manufacturing processes, and minimising packaging.[4]

Shop is quite big and have lots of variety of products. But the customer service whom is a lady with tony tail, short in height whom taking care of the woman section is not very nice, rude and not very helpful at all.

I am holding the shirt that I am asked if they have keep different size, obviously I know there is none on the shelf and checking with her if there is smaller size inside the stock area. Without checking the shelf, she already told me, everything is on the shelf, if there is, then there will be, until some other customer staring at her, then she follow me to the shelf and check.
