The site, which is formerly the explosives magazine of the Victoria Barracks has been transformed to an art center. It is probably one of the secret gems in the island since it does not draw too much attention from the tourists and even the locals. What is interesting about the complex is there is this nice rooftop garden with an amazing downtown view. Further walking to the south end of the complex, there is also an art exhibition with temporary art exhibitions every now and then.
