Where do I even begin? From the moment we stepped through the doors of Baruco, we knew we were in for something special. Warmly welcomed by the attentive hostess team and serenaded by an incredible live band, the entire evening felt like a scene from a movie—elevated, elegant, and full of soul.

We kicked things off with two Patron margaritas that arrived quickly and were perfectly balanced—not too strong, not too light, just refreshing and smooth. The appetizers set the tone for the night: the crab claws were absolutely mouthwatering (I’m still dreaming about them), and the rib eye tacos were tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

Then came the entrees—and wow. I had the soy-marinated sea bass, and my husband chose the fried sea bass. Both dishes were impeccably seasoned, flawlessly cooked, and plated with the kind of attention to detail you'd expect at a fine dining restaurant. Every bite was a showstopper.
