I have ordered 1 Normann Copenhagen product (Slice Bench) from Nunido webstore (ROCKET COMMERCE GMBH). The bench I received as a replacement for the first order (which was defect) was falling apart and is a safety hazard (see photos). Is this representative of your product quality? Or is this supplier (Nunido) selling defect products that wouldnt pass your quality controls? The store itself is pretty big, at the time we visited though it was rather strange as stuff was all over the place but no one really explained what is going on. Now, the staff was the worst part, at least we got hello but that’s about it.
