We had the most incredible time aboard the Mövenpick MS Royal Lily, a truly unforgettable Nile cruise that made us feel like King and Queen from the moment we stepped on board. The staff were outstanding, warm, attentive, and sincerely kind. Their hospitality came not from routine but from the heart, and that made all the difference. Every person we interacted were warm and helpful. Special mentions: Adil, the F&B Manager, Professional and ever-welcoming…Whether during breakfast, lunch, or dinner, he was always there making sure we had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and gracious manner. He was also very observant on what we liked and don’t like. Nour, Veteran bartender of 14 years Was simply amazing. His warmth, deep knowledge of the Nile, and quiet attentiveness made him a true gem. He’s very hardworking and was always ready to share information, offer the perfect drink, and ensure each of us felt comfortable. Ahmed, A ong-time team member with 14 years of experience Was equally impressive. Friendly, and deeply knowledgeable, especially about the Nile…he had so much insight to share. We truly wish we had spent more time with him, as his presence was both calming and enriching. Mohamed, A new addition to the bar team Won our hearts with his enthusiasm., smile, warm, friendliness and always ready to help, shows incredible potential and a natural gift for hospitality. Kourashy,Housekeeper Was exceptional. Always smiling, quick, and thoughtful, he made sure our room was not just clean, but cool and inviting, closing the curtains and adjusting the AC so that it felt perfect whenever we returned. An appreciation to The Chef: The food onboard was simply excellent, delicious, varied, and made with care. One moment that touched us deeply…after noticing how much we adored mangoes, he sent us a beautifully arranged large platter… a sweet, unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated.

Our room on the cruise was cozy and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the ship was calm, refined, and perfect for relaxation. We spent our days lounging on the sun deck, sipping the most delicious mango juice under the Egyptian sun and watching beautiful landscapes drift by.
