Veinipesa — Local services in Tallinn

The cocktails were amazing, and the staff were artists when it came to making them, but I found the service a tad rude. The place was fully packed, and we were bluntly told to come back later. Since my friend had recommended it, we did return later, and finally managed to order a drink. When I went to the bar to sample another cocktail, I was told the place was closing (yet I saw some locals still receiving orders).

Four stars for the quality of the drinks and the interior decor, one star...

An exquisite place serving good wine in a relaxed atmosphere against the backdrop of antique furniture and calm music. They also have a cigar room. It's on the 4th floor but well...
