Bonjour, j’ai acheté un collier en argent avec un pendentif, et lorsque j’ai ouvert la boîte j’ai constaté un défaut au niveau d’un maillon de la chaîne. Je suis donc retourner au magasin Dior de Cannes pour le faire changer. La responsable au rayon homme semblait très énervé, et j’avais vraiment l’impression de la déranger. Aucun sourire, un comportement hautain et en plus disant ne pas voir le défaut, alors que le vendeur du rayon présent à ce même moment, là bien constaté. Finalement je réussi à le faire changer pour le même modèle. Je trouve très dommage pour une maison qui se dit de luxe, d’avoir un service après-vente aussi désagréable. Cela ne m’a vraiment pas donné envie de retourner faire un achat dans ce magasin. Ceci est bien dommage car il n’y a pas que les touristes qui font vivre votre entreprise mais également les locaux. Heureusement il y a d’autres boutiques pour dépenser son argent dans le bassin...
