DO NOT COME HERE RACIST STAFF PERSON this place has the most rudest staff. I politely waited in line to ask the cashier if they stocked a product (do note that there was no one behind me) and she ran towards the other side of the store. A man intercepted asking for tissues, so I thought she was showing him the tissues. So I continued to follow her around as she didn’t show me the product. Then she turn around and rudely said “it’s there! It’s too busy to show you.”

So I got my product and walked back to her till and there was only one person in front, she smiled and spoke to this women for about 7 minutes slowly chatting taking her time.

Then when it came to me, she immediately changed her attitude, was rude didn’t even say a word considering how chatty she was to the woman in front of me and the other French speaking people she spoke to.

I hate to say this but I think she was racist. I was nothing but polite and she treated me like dirt.

TLDR; DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE...

Extremely unprofessional and overpriced! I got a flu during my trip, it’s a Sunday night and that was the closest pharmacy I found. Since I don’t speak french, I explained my symptoms, the pharmacist told me to get a spray for my nose which I already have and doesn’t cover other symptoms (like sore throat, headache, fever...), and some capsules. I got the capsules, but when I got back to the hotel I opened the box and read that it’s just a complement for your immune system, IT’S NOT EVEN MEDICINE and doesn’t treat the current symptoms of a flu!!! Besides that, it was ridiculously overpriced - I paid 12€ for something that costs less than 8€ according to some websites. You can’t be that abusive when you’re dealing with...

아직도 생생하게 화가나네요. 키가 크고 하얀 머리와 검은 머리가 섞인 곱슬 머리를 가진 가드 분한테 인종차별을 당했습니다. 파리에 정말 좋은 사람이 많지만 인종차별을 하는 무식한 사람도 있는 걸 실감하게 하네요. 제가 이 가게에 들어가면서부터 그 가드는 저를 따라다니며 감시했고 제 인사도 무시했습니다. 혹시 도둑으로 의심하나 의구심은 들었지만 설마하면서 시선을 무시했습니다. 하지만 아니나다를까 나가기 전 저와 제 언니를 붙잡았고 가방 검사를 당했습니다. 서양인처럼 보이는 분은 관심도 두지 않더니 그 가게에서 유일하게 동양인이었던 저희의 가방만 검사하더군요. 그 가드는 엄천 무례한 태도와 강압적인 태도로 행동했고 저보다 덩치가 훨씬 큰 그 분한테 사람이 많았음에도 불구하고 위협을 느꼈습니다. 그 가게는 샤넬, 디올과 같이 비싼 화장품을 취급하는 곳인데 5유로 안 하는 제 틴트를 가져가더니 주인한테 이 가게 물건인지 확인 하더라구요. 한국어가 대문짝만하게 써있었는데도요. 그리고 그 가게 직원 또한 그런 상황을 봤음에도 사과하지 않았습니다. 그 가드는 말할 것도 없고요. 그래서 전 한국 영사관에 연락했고 꼭 사과를 받아낼 생각입니다. 가드님 나이 많이 먹고 40살은 어려보이는 여자한테 인종 차별 하고 싶었나요? 제발 그런 무식한 행동 하지마세요. 당신같은 사람이 당신이 일하는 가게는 물론 나라까지 욕보이게 만듭니다. 사과를 하는 법도 못 배웠나보네요.

Je suis toujours très en colère. J'ai été raciste par un grand garde aux cheveux bouclés blancs et noirs. Ça me fait comprendre qu'il y a des gens vraiment sympas à Paris, mais il y a aussi des ignorants qui sont racistes. A partir du moment où je suis entré dans le magasin, le gardien m'a suivi et m'a observé, ignorant mes salutations. Je doutais qu'il soit un voleur, mais j'ignorais son regard. Mais bien sûr, avant de partir, ma sœur et moi avons été attrapées et nos bagages contrôlés. Ceux qui ressemblaient à des occidentaux n'étaient pas intéressés, Seuls nos sacs, qui étaient les seuls asiatiques du magasin, étaient contrôlés. Le garde s'est comporté d'une manière grossière et énergique et s'est senti menacé même s'il y avait beaucoup de gens autour de lui qui étaient beaucoup plus grands que moi. Le magasin gère des cosmétiques coûteux tels que Chanel et Dior, mais cela coûte moins de 5 euros. J'ai pris ma teinte et j'ai demandé au propriétaire de confirmer qu'elle provenait de ce magasin. Même s'il a été écrit en coréen. Et l'employé du magasin ne s'est pas excusé même après avoir vu la situation. Sans parler de ce gardien. J'ai donc contacté le consulat coréen et j'ai l'intention d'obtenir des excuses. Garde, vouliez-vous discriminer une femme plus âgée qui paraît 40 ans plus jeune ? S'il vous plaît, n'agissez pas si ignorant. Des gens comme vous font honte au pays ainsi qu'au magasin où vous travaillez. Je suppose que je n'ai pas appris...
