Racist staff member. I and my companions (Asian) visited the store today (29th of August) around 3pm and saw the sign saying that only 5 people were allowed inside so we waited. 2 people left the store so 2 of us tried to enter (we were a party of 3) and the other person waited outside. The lady told us that only 5 people were allowed inside of the store. How can 2 people leave, but there are already 5 in the store? All the people in the store/had left the store were white presenting. We wait outside and then another person (not white) walks in the store (no one had left) and the staff member said nothing. The person leaves and we count how many are in the store and there's 3, so 2 of us try to go in. We're told that there's 2 people in the changing rooms, so we wait outside again for them to leave. One person leaves so one of us goes in now that there are 4 people in the store. The lady says nothing. Another person leaves and then I go in. We're now 5 in the store. Whilst we are browsing, 2 more white presenting people come in and the lady says absolutely nothing. I would like to note that my companions and I all respected the sign outside the store but the sales lady was extremely rude to us, but she said nothing to all the white presenting people who blatantly ignored the sign. Her actions seem very racially motivated, it's almost like she was hoping that if she made us wait long enough and treated us rudely we would go away. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not support this...

ZERO sense of customer service. I came to this shop on a Friday and was ready to purchase an item but was advised the card machine wasn’t working so they’d hold it for me (not specifying a duration of holding period). I return two business days later (at the time the shop opened) and the same sales woman tells me the item was sold the day after I was there (the date I said I’d tentatively come) and that they do not normally hold things and implying it was my own fault and issue. Meaning that the item was not reserved for me on the day it was intended to be. No apology, no accountability, no professionalism. I’m equally upset about the missed item AND the gaslighting that’s took place the way this situation was handled. I will not be returning...

Friperie qui a de jolies pièces à des prix assez élevés. Le fait que cette boutique soit sur-cotée et excessivement chère ne me dérange pas tant que ça.

L’énorme problème est la pratique commerciale mensongère.

En effet, vue la position haut de gamme qu’a décidé d’adopter cette boutique, je suis extrêmement déçue de voir qu’un bijou acheté chez eux 30€ et censé être en acier inoxydable a changé de couleur au bout de 4 mois.

Je me suis donc faite arnaquée car j’ai acheté un bijou en toc alors qu’il m’a été vendu comme étant en acier inoxydable.

Une marque asiatique est notée à l’intérieur de la bague, je retrouve le même modèle sur Aliexpress pour 10 fois moins cher.

Extrêmement déçue, n’achetez pas leurs bijoux, il s’agit d’une grosse arnaque. Je ne suis pas la seule à avoir vécu cette expérience négative semblerait-il.

A se demander si cette boutique n’hésiterait pas non plus à vendre de la contrefaçon, l’intégrité ne semble pas faire partie des valeurs...
