Save yourself the disappointment and head to the Hard Rock Cafe instead. I wish I had paid heed to the other one-star reviews before stepping foot in this dismal excuse for a steakhouse. The so-called ribeye was nothing more than a tough, folded-over flank steak. Despite ordering mine medium plus and my wife opting for well-done (yes, I know), they managed to serve both steaks closer to medium rare. I am flexible in doneness; however we had to send my wife’s steak back. Due to it not being a true ribeye, the steak didn’t have the marbling to handle the doneness and she received a gray piece of meat. Attempting to explain the situation only led to frustration, as it seemed the manager was either incapable of grasping the concepts or chose to feign ignorance. The manager's condescending attitude and lack of basic steak preparation knowledge was baffling considering her chosen occupation. Overall, this was a miserable experience in terms of food quality. Even though I could live with the doneness, my steak was still tough and lacked flavor. We ended up donating the steak to a homeless person on the walk home to avoid a complete waste of money.

On a slightly brighter note, our waiter was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and there was no wait around 8:30 pm (this was probably another missed clue on my part…smh).

Ultimately, I strongly advise avoiding this establishment entirely if a decent steak is...

The food was good but the service was poor. We basically had to ask for everything that should have been offered as customers like water and bread. Our drinks were brought to us in bottles with no glasses or ice. The cocktails were not made correctly and tasted horrible

April 4th 2023- I VISITED AGAIN!!

So i started writing this review from the entrance of the restaurant as i had to stand at the door for 20 minutes waiting to be seated (in an empty restaurant)

I stood and watched multiple customers leave the restaurant due to having to wait to be seated when it was clear that the place was more than half empty.

It appears that the place was a bit short staffed however, there was no apology of any kind for the unnecessary wait to the customers who stayed.

When I sat down my order was immediately taken and sent to the kitchen. The cocktail i ordered took another 15 mins to be prepared and brought over. There was no bread offered on the table and i had to ask for a pitcher of water.

My food came out quickly however i ordered an additional side right when the food was brought to me. It took another 25 mins for the side to be brought over. By that time o had finished eating and no longer needed the side.

I have been to other locations and they are not like the chatlet location. There is always a problem at this location. I recommend choosing another...
