DO NOT BOOK HERE. They are a SCAM. Their management is the worst. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to attend our class.
The management was unresponsive and unsympathetic throughout the entire process. We have two young children that are aspiring bakers/chefs and this class was something they were dearly looking forward to.
Adrien, Matthieu, and the whole team were completely unresponsive the whole time. They would not answer via phone/text and were significantly delayed in responding to email. Their communication was woefully inept in every regard.
AT the end of the day, their business practice is corrupt. Specifically the manager Matthieu and Adrien have absolutely zero business ethics, no concept of customer service and are a general embarassment to the tourism/service industry. For the absurd price 700 (SEVEN HUNDRED) dollar price they charge for a family of four you would expect some level of decency and customer service. The heartbreak of children meant nothing to these GREEDY businessmen.
The greatest indictment is that even their own chefs requested that we try to complain and enact change because unfortunately this is a common occurence. However please note that this croissant experience is NOT authentic, both chefs were London, and have no French background. They are merely peddling a youtube recipe under the guise of an authentic French experience.

Since it was the first time they offered the course, it ended up being a private baking course for my sister and I, led by Guillaume. First, the location was by Notre Dame (3 total locations), and so you really feel immersed in the city. Concurrently, there were 2 other courses in the building for eclairs and croissants. The facility is super clean and beautiful. Now as for the course, 10/10, highly recommend. Guillaume was very kind and gave us tips on what to look for when baking as well as recommendations in the city - which, by the way very impressive list.
