Green River Cruises - Pont Marie — Local services in Paris

Our group of five took a private sunset cruise with Green River a couple of nights ago. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exemplary service we received from the company and our guide. The boat itself was very nice - clearly new - complete with plush leather seats, music and a nice Bimini top to protect from the weather. Our guide, Charles, was friendly, professional, and engaging. He pointed out the sites and monuments along the route and was quick to answer our myriad of questions. The booking process was straightforward and easy and the pricing more than reasonable. We scheduled a sunset cruise with Green River and we couldn't be happier. Our original cruise night called for rain so we were going to cancel but they accommodated us for the next evening and the cruise was the highlight of our vacation. The captain was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were given the option for wine or champagne. They provided glasses, blankets (not neeeded), a table and the option to listen to music. Communication from day one was excellent! We were a group of 9 celebrating a very special service anniversary, despite us being a little late, they still provided us with the full tour. Alex was a great captain, making sure we had a smooth experience. He even took lots of pictures of our group. We were able to bring our own drinks and snacks and play our own music.
